Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 May 2026 · Version 1.0

1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how FITS Capital Ltd., operating the INHAUSE brand at inhause.pro, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on our website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the website operator. Local storage is a similar mechanism that lets a website remember small pieces of information across visits — for example, your cookie preferences.

3. What we use, and what we don't

Our current approach is deliberately minimal. We use only what is strictly necessary to operate the site and to respect your preferences.

Category Purpose Required?
Strictly necessary Local storage entry that remembers your cookie banner choice so we do not ask you again on every page load. Yes — cannot be disabled.
Analytics Aggregate measurement of how visitors use the site (which pages are read, how long, from where). Off by default. Currently not in use.
Marketing Measurement of the effectiveness of advertising and content; identification of returning visitors for re-engagement. Off by default. Currently not in use.

We do not use cookies for advertising profiling, ad personalisation, or sale of data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

Our website is served via a content delivery network and may issue cookies that are strictly necessary for security and site delivery (for example, anti-bot protection). These are not used for tracking and do not require consent under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) or EU ePrivacy Directive.

If we add analytics or marketing tools in future, we will list each provider, the cookies they set, and the retention period here, and your preferences set via the cookie banner will be respected before any non-essential script is loaded.

5. Your choices

You control non-essential cookies through the cookie banner that appears on your first visit. You can revisit your choice at any time by clicking the link below.

Change your preferences. To re-open the cookie banner and update your choice, click here. This will clear your stored preference and ask you again.

You can also control or block cookies via your browser settings. Most browsers let you:

Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the site from working as expected — for example, the cookie banner may reappear on every page.

6. Updates to this policy

We will update this Cookie Policy whenever we change the cookies or similar technologies in use. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
